Shipment of your package
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. They are sent via UPS with a tracking number and delivered without a signature. Packages can also be shipped via UPS Extra with a signature. Please contact us before choosing this method of delivery, as it will incur additional costs. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage costs. The preparation fee is fixed, while the shipping fee varies according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you combine all your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile objects.
Boxes are sized appropriately and your items are properly protected.

During the festive season our preparation and delivery service will not be in operation between 22/12/22 and 02/01/23. If you place an order during this period, your order will be processed from 03/01/23. Thank you for your understanding.
